Our tannery. Our manufacturing floor. Your gloves.
We run the tannery, the glove production lines, and the quality lab inside a single Sialkot facility. When you buy from us, there are no sub-suppliers diluting your specification.
In-house leather production.
Most Sialkot manufacturers buy leather from the open market with no control over tanning chemistry or consistency. We run our own tannery — giving every buyer full traceability from hide to finished glove.
We source premium cowhide, goatskin, and buffalo hides from certified abattoirs in Punjab and Sindh. Each batch is inspected for grain quality, thickness consistency, and Freedom From Defects (FFD) grade.
Soaking, liming, fleshing, and splitting are performed on our own beamhouse drums. Precise pH control at every stage eliminates the variability that contract tanneries introduce.
We offer both chrome-tanned and chrome-free (vegetable/aldehyde) tanning lines. Chrome-free output is Oeko-Tex and REACH compliant — critical for EU and Scandinavian buyers.
Drum dyeing with azo-free dyes, followed by fat-liquoring, staking, and mechanical finishing. Colour matching to Pantone or buyer-provided colour chips is standard.
Each hide is tensile-tested (DIN 53351 / ASTM D2212) and visually graded before it enters the glove cutting floor. Only Grade A leather reaches our finished product lines.
18 to 22 operations per pair, start to finish.
Each glove pair passes through 18–22 assembly operations on our own production floor. Consistent tooling, trained operators, and enforced quality gates at every station.
CNC-controlled die cutting ensures consistent glove dimensions across every batch. Over 120 pattern dies maintained for standard and custom designs.
18–22 operations per glove pair. Lockstitch, chain-stitch, and Kevlar® thread stitching lines for standard, cut-resistant, and flame-resistant grades.
In-house lining attachment for cotton, Nomex®, Poron® XRD, and moisture-wicking mesh. Padding is applied and bonded to spec before final closure.
Velcro, elasticated wrist, and gauntlet cuffs attached per style specification. No metal hardware on arc-rated or electrically sensitive lines.
100% visual inspection before packaging. Statistical sampling per ISO 2859-1 AQL 2.5. Dimensional checks, seam strength, and glove inversion tests.
OEM carton printing, retail-ready packaging, and plain export cartons all available. Carton dimensions and CBM calculated per buyer shipping requirements.
Quality control: incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
Every hide and accessory batch is sampled and tested for tensile strength, thickness, pH, and colour consistency before entering production.
Quality checks at cutting, stitching, assembly, and hardware stages. Non-conforming pieces are quarantined at each gate — not caught at final inspection.
Every finished pair is visually inspected by a dedicated QC team before packaging. Defect categories and AQL thresholds maintained per ISO 2859-1.
Internal lab performs EN388 cut/abrasion, EN407 heat, EN10819 vibration, and tensile pull tests. Third-party lab reports available for CE/ANSI certification.

Common questions about our manufacturing.
500 pairs per SKU for standard catalogue products. Lower quantities are available for sampling purposes before committing to a production run.
30 to 45 working days from order confirmation, depending on product complexity and volume. The ArcSafe Electrical and VibeDamp Anti-Vib lines carry a 35 to 50 day lead time due to specialist materials.
Yes. We support full OEM and ODM development including pattern creation, sampling, and compliance testing. Send us your spec sheet or start from one of our existing patterns.
Yes. We run both chrome-tanned and chrome-free (vegetable/aldehyde) tanning lines. Chrome-free output is Oeko-Tex and REACH compliant, which is required for many EU and Scandinavian buyers.
